KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia continues to experience economic growth despite the global situation, largely due to high domestic demand and decline in imports, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
The Deputy Prime Minister said imports had dropped from 21.7% in 2010 to 8.7% the following year, while domestic demand grew by 1.9% to 8.2% last year.
