PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd and five independent power producers will sign a pact to ensure that neither party attempts to seek bribes or be involved in corrupt practices.
The six parties will ink the “integrity pact”, which is a legally binding contract, with the Energy Commission here tomorrow.
