BANGI: The governnment is always prepared to assist students of higher learning institutions to ensure their well-being, said Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.
Nevertheless, he said, the students should try to be self-reliant by generating income through their associations rather then being dependent on the government.
