KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court on Monday fixed Nov 5 as the first day of the trial of a case involving National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFC) executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail, who is charged with four counts of mishandling nearly RM50mil in company funds.
Sessions Court Judge S.M. Komathy Suppiah set the 15-day trial to run between November and December.
