KUALA LUMPUR: More than 100 people were left homeless when 29 squatter houses, a workshop and a grocery store were gutted in a fire.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department director Khirudin Drahman said five fire engines rushed to Jalan Peel here during the 9.07am incident yesterday and the blaze was brought under control in 30 minutes.
