KUALA LUMPUR: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) is not the beneficial owner of 6,879ha of land worth about RM500mil in Sabah over which it is suing for alleged breach of trust, the High Court held.
Justice Lim Yee Lan said ACCCIM’s claim of beneficial ownership of land resulting from trust was a misconception under law.
