PETALING JAYA: Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin and PKR strategy director Rafizi Ramli locked horns in a televised debate over abolishing student loans from the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN).
The debate, lasting about 90 minutes, was televised over Astro Awani from the Karangkraf Media Complex in Shah Alam and was moderated by Dr Maszlee Malik last night.
