ALOR SETAR: The Kedah Malay Assembly Hall (DPMK) has proposed that the government exempt repayment of loans from the Public Service Department (JPA) and Mara for overseas students who obtained excellent results.
DPMK committee member Datuk Dr Nordin Yunus said currently overseas students under JPA and Mara loans were required to repay in full after completing their studies, irrespective of their results.
