Court postpones NFC cheating case to June

KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court has postponed the mention date of Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail's alleged cheating case regarding the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) to June 12.

Sessions Court Judge Rozilah Salleh made the order after Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) DPP Datuk Abdul Razak Musa told the court that the Attorney-General Chambers has rejected a letter of representation from the defence to review the charges against Shamsubahrin.
