KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is applying to strike out the defence statement of Datuk S. Nallakaruppan in his RM50mil defamation suit against the Malaysian United Indian Party president.
Anwar’s lawyer Latheefa Koya said the application would be filed on grounds that the defence statement was frivolous, vexatious and abuse of the court process.
