KANGAR: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar heads a list of 316 recipients of awards, medals and honours in conjunction with the 69th birthday of the Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail.
Perlis Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Md Isa Sabu said Ismail would be receiving the Darjah Seri Paduka Mahkota Perlis (SPMP), which carries the title Datuk Seri, at an investiture ceremony at Istana Anak Bukit here Thursday.
Also receiving the same award are Chief Justice Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah and Public Works Department director-general Datuk Mohd Noor Yaakob.
