Issuance of Lynas TOL still on hold


KUALA LUMPUR: The issuance of the temporary operating licence (TOL) to Lynas (M) Sdn Bhd is still on hold pending a decision by Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili on an appeal.

Atomic Energy Licensing Board executive secretary Raja Datuk Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan said that three parties had submitted their appeals to the minister on the TOL approval given by the board to Lynas.
