Four accused in Banting murders ordered to enter defence


SHAH ALAM: The four accused in the murder trial of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya have been ordered to enter their defence, after the High Court found that the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against them.

Former lawyer Pathmanabhan, 42, and farm hands T. Thilaiyalagan, 20, R. Matan, 21, and R. Kathavarayan, 31, were accused of the murders at Lot 2001, Jalan Tanjung Layang, Tanjung Sepat, Banting, between 8.30pm and 9.45pm on Aug 30, 2010.
