TUMPAT: Barisan Nasional will come up with a special manifesto for Kelantan, spelling out all the promises which the coalition will fulfil if it wins the state in the coming election, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said.
The Deputy Prime Minister said the Barisan would look into the details of the manifesto, taking into account the needs of the Kelantan people which the PAS-led government had failed to fulfil since ruling the state in 1990.
