TEMERLOH: The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has returned RM2.72mil to 3.2 million borrowers until March 31 following the adjustment of loan interest rate from 5% to between 3% and 1%.
Chairman Datuk Ismail Mohamed Said said PTPTN had over the same period disbursed RM43.85bil in loans to 1.96 million students in institutions of higher learning at home and abroad.
