Oil and gas CEO denies RM20mil cheating charges


KUALA LUMPUR: The chief executive officer of an oil and gas company claimed trial in the Sessions Court here to cheating a bank into giving his firm credit of almost RM20mil.

Ng Huat Tian, 50, pleaded not guilty to two counts of presenting false documents to induce Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd to provide bank facilities to Oil-Line Engineering & Associates Sdn. Bhd.
