PUTRAJAYA: The appeal for an application by 273 Felda settlers to have their former counsel account for millions of ringgit won in a settlement against Felda will continue after the Court of Appeal dismissed the legal firm's motion to throw out the suit.
The settlers of Felda Kemahang 3, Kelantan, had filed the appeal, after their application to the Kota Baru High Court to have Wan Rohimi & Azmadi Co disclose the judgement sum was denied.
