KUALA LUMPUR: A sustainable tourism industry is imperative for the world and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (Pata) is taking steps to make that a reality, said its chief executive Martin Craigs.
He said various plans initiated during the conference this year were likely to give a new focus to environmental-friendly tourism in the tourism industry.
