BENTONG: Residents living near telecommunication satellite towers are safe from radioactive hazards, Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said here.
He said certain people had wrongly claimed that the towers were unsafe, resulting in some refusing to allow the construction of towers in their residential areas.
