TIME literally came to a stop when the electronic clock in the Dewan Rakyat was switched off following a historic move to “stop the clock” to enable the orders of the day to be finished after midnight.
Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz said this was the first time it was done in 22 years.
