PETALING JAYA: Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili will consult experts and authorities before deciding on an appeal to revoke Lynas Corp’s licence “as soon as possible”.
In a statement issued yesterday, Dr Ongkili said he would study the documents tendered in an appeal by three individuals to revoke the company’s temporary operating licence for the rare earth plant in Gebeng, Pahang.
