Shoe-throwing imam's application for sentence review postponed

PUTRAJAYA: A former imam, who was jailed for contempt of court for throwing his slippers at a panel of Federal Court judges, had his application for a review of the one-year jail term postponed.

Hoslan Husin's counsel Karpal Singh requested the postponement Thursday to study the written judgement that was given to all parties just earlier in the morning before making his submissions.
