No direct evidence Sosilawati, companions dead or murdered, court told


SHAH ALAM: There is no direct evidence that cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and her three companions are dead or murdered, the High Court here heard Wednesday.

Lead defence counsel Manjeet Singh Dhillon said there were also no direct evidence that Sosilawati, 47, her driver Kamaruddin Shamsuddin, 44, bank officer Noorhisham Mohamad, 38, and lawyer Ahmad Kamil Abdul Karim, 32, were at a farm in Banting where the murders allegedly took place.
