KUALA LUMPUR: The Government plans to start a pilot project next month to train locals to be “home managers” to overcome the shortage of foreign maids.
Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil said this was the only way to resolve the problem faced by a large number of families.
