PUTRAJAYA: Puchong MP Gobind Singh Deo cannot be deprived of his remuneration and other privileges during his 12-month suspension from Parliament in 2009, the Court of Appeal ruled here Thursday.
Justice Datuk K.N.Segara, leading a three-member panel, upheld the decision of the High Court to order Parliament to pay a year's remuneration to Gobind.
