PUTRAJAYA: All transfers of vehicle ownership will be made through statutory declaration, instead of MyKad, with immediate effect.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha said this was decided following a discussion between the Road Transport Department (JPJ) and Registrar of Federal Court after feedback from vehicle owners and used vehicle operators.
