IPOH: The Perak Health Department has formed a committee comprising medical experts to determine the real cause of national service trainee R. Vinoth's death in Sungai Siput.
State Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said the committee was expected to complete its report in the next few days.
