PARLIAMENT has rejected questions on the out-of-court settlement between former Malaysia Airlines executive chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli and state-owned Danaharta, saying the matter was being deliberated by the courts and could therefore not be discussed.
“A question cannot be asked if it involves matters being deliberated by the courts,” Dewan Rakyat Secretary Datuk Roosme Hamzah wrote to Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and MPs Jeff Ooi, Lim Lip Eng and Tony Pua on Saturday.
