KUALA LUMPUR: National Feedlot Corporation executive chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail claimed trial at the Sessions court here Monday to two counts of criminal breach of trust and two counts of violating the Companies Act, totalling more than RM49mil.
The proceeding began at 2.27pm and Mohamad Salleh, who was accompanied by his wife, Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, appeared calm when the charges were read to him.
