KUALA LUMPUR: A trailer lorry carrying iron rods had a flat tyre at Jalan Tun Razak near the Kampung Pandan roundabout here early Friday, triggering city-bound traffic congestion for almost nine hours.
Kuala Lumpur traffic chief ACP Rusli Mohd Noor said the lorry came to grief at 7am and blocked one lane of the road, and a van rammed into the lorry later, worsening the situation.
