Man’s hand chopped off over RM21 loan

A MAN is claiming that his hand was chopped off after he failed to repay a loan.

Twenty-year-old Ram Sagar, who is from a backward caste, said that he owed 300 rupees (RM21) to a powerful man in his village, about 70km from Patna.
