KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here set March 13 for case management of a RM10mil defamation suit filed by Senator Syed Husin Ali against Utusan Melayu (M) Berhad and its editor-in-chief over an article published last year.
High Court Judge Justice Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera fixed the date after meeting both parties yesterday.
