KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney-General’s Chambers has raised a preliminary objection (PO) against the application by a group of residents to challenge the temporary operating licence (TOL) for a rare-earth plant in Gebeng, Pahang.
Senior Federal Counsel Suzana Atan had raised the objection during a hearing in chambers, saying that the residents should have exhausted all avenues before coming to court.
