KUALA LUMPUR: Utusan Melayu (M) Berhad, its editor-in-chief and an independent MP have been ordered to file their statement of defence in a RM10mil defamation suit filed by Senator Dr Syed Husin Ali against them over an article published last year.
High Court Judge Justice Vazeer Alam Mydin Meera fixed March 1 for case management after meeting both parties yesterday.
