KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has struck out a habeas corpus application filed by Saudi Arabian newspaper columnist Hamza Kashgari Mohamad Najeeb against his arrest and detention.
High Court Judge (Appellate and Special Powers) Justice Rohana Yusuf made the decision after allowing the premiminary objection by the government.
