MALACCA: The Malay right-wing group Perkasa has expressed concern over the issue of 3.7 million people who have yet to register as voters, and suggested that the Election Commission (EC) open permanent voter registration counters at all universities.
Its president, Datuk Ibrahim Ali, also suggested that the EC establish mobile registration counters that could also call at factories.
