PETALING JAYA: The crime rate has fallen but a sense of insecurity remains, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said.

“I am also not happy with the level of the ‘feel safe factor’ under the NKRA (National Key Result Area) for the police,” he told reporters at the International Conference on Principled Policing.
