KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has granted full guardianship, custody care and control of 13-year-old Low Bi-Anne to her father Low Swee Siong, ending a four-year legal battle over her custody.
High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam made the ruling in chambers Tuesday after interviewing Bi-Anne for an hour from 8.15am.
