PETALING JAYA: The police must be imbued with human rights culture if the Government’s political transformation programme is to succeed, said Asian Strategic and Leadership Institute chief executive officer Datuk Dr Michael Yeoh.
“That culture is essential as the people are becoming more aware of their rights,” he said in his welcoming address at the International Conference on Principled Policing here yesterday.
