MALACCA: Malacca will be the first state outside India to recognise the ancient folk dance kolattam (stick dance) in its annual tourism calendar.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam has asked local-based Krishna Balaram Indian Arts as well as Cultural Society of Malacca to do the necessary.
