PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has struck out a suit by an aerospace company against the Defence Ministry for alleged breach of contract.
The court’s three-man panel comprising Justices Abdul Malik Ishak, Ramly Ali and Mohamed Apandi Ali unanimously agreed that there were no grounds for Langkawi R&D Academy Sdn Bhd (Lardac) to appeal against an earlier High Court decision.
