KAJANG: The Pakatan Rakyat government in Selangor has proven that it is not able to deliver its promises to the people, especially the Chinese community.
MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek, who said this, noted that Pakatan had yet to build a single Chinese school in the state, with the Federal Government having to intervene to cater to the community's needs.
