KUALA LUMPUR: A High Court here has reversed the acquittal of a policeman charged with soliciting a RM2,000 bribe three years ago.
In reversing the decision to acquit ASP Sydney Clyde Jeremiah, High Court judge Datuk Su Geok Yiam said the trial judge had erred in the assessment of evidence from the prosecution witnesses.
