SHAH ALAM: The High Court has dismissed an application to use a police report lodged by a prosecution witness during cross-examination in the murder trial of Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and three others.
Justice Datuk Akhtar Tahir said that according to Section 145 of the Evidence Act 1950, the previous statement should be admissible in court first before it could be used during the trial.
