PUTRAJAYA: It was heartbreaking for an accountant who returned home from his Chinese New Year holidays to discover that thieves had carted away over RM50,000 in silver bars.
City deputy CID chief Asst Comm Khairy Ahrasa said 42 pure silver bars, weighing 250gm each, were reported stolen. He said no arrests had been made.
