KUALA TERENGGANU: The Terengganu State Museum and the event organiser of an upcoming exhibition on Islamic treasures from China will provide “airtight” security for a gold-plated Quran that will be displayed at the show.
Museum director Mohd Yusof Abdullah said the 500-year-old Quran from the Ming dynasty will be kept under tight security througout the six-month Chinese Islamic Treasure Exhibition, which starts here on Feb 14.
