KUALA LUMPUR: The Drug Control Authority (DCA) has cancelled the registration of the traditional product "Pao Ni Kang" because it contains the scheduled poison "Repaglinide", Director-General of Health Datuk Seri Dr Hasan Abdul Rahman said on Friday.
He said Repaglinide is a scheduled poison used in the treatment of diabetes and is not permitted to be used in products categorised as traditional medicines.
