MALACCA: Inspired by the Year of the Dragon, lion dance coach Yong Kheng Chien has created a one-of-a-kind design of a dragon-lion head that is believed to be the first in Malaysia.
Weighing 6kg, the dragon-lion head, costs RM8,000 to make and has two long horns above its ears and another in the shape of a dragon above its head.
