‘Chained kids’ doing well under uncle’s care

GEORGE TOWN: The two children who were chained in a toilet by their single father are doing well under their uncle’s care.

Penang Welfare Services Depart­ment (JKM) director Zulkifli Ismail said their uncle Raymond Tan, who is staying in Bayan Baru, had been granted temporary custody for a month.
