KUALA LUMPUR: The abolition of the outpatient treatment registration fee at government medical centres for seniors has started out with a few glitches, as some clinics are not aware of the new directive.
Linda Lim, who brought her 60-year-old mother to a clinic near Taman Tasik Perdana here on Tuesday, claimed that she had to pay the nominal fee as the staff manning the registration counter were not aware of the change in policy.
